„my treat“

In diesem süßen kleinen Täschchen – ein zuckersüßes Geschenk von einer Freundin – habe ich ein wenig Häkelzubehör untergebracht: Eine kleine Fadenschere und eine Stopfnadel zum Fäden vernähen. Immer schön zur Hand zwischen Wollknäulen und Häkelteilchen für mein neustes kleines Osterferienhäkelprojekt.
This tiny sweet pouch – a sweet gift from a friend – contains now my crochet accessory, such as tiny scissors and a needle to weave in the ends. It comes in very handy between balls of yarn and granny squares of my newest little EasterVacationCrochetProject.

Meine große rote Katze sah, dass eine Katze abgebildet ist und nahm die Aufschrift wörtlich: My treat – „Etwas Gutes für mich“, so in etwa. Er hatte also Spaß mit dem Garn. Arrangierte die Häkel-Grannies um. Als er mit dem Ergebnis zufrieden war, ging er für ein Nickerchen aufs Sofa. Sehr zufrieden mit sich.
My big red cat had a look at the picture of a cat and and took the words literally. My treat. He had fun with the yarn. Rearranged the grannies. Then he was pleased with the things he had done and went to the sofa to have a nap. Very pleased with himself.

Jetzt sind die Granny Squares von einer Katze angeordnet. Und ein wenig mit Katzenhaar versehen. Das macht aber nichts, sagt die Katze, solange das fertige Dingens (bald mehr dazu!) benutzt wird, um Katzenleckerchen zu holen. Diesmal vielleicht etwas zum Naschen?
Now the three-row-grannies are arranged by a cat. And a bit treated with cat hair. It doesn’t matter, says the cat, as long as you use the finished item (later more!) to fetch some cat treat. Maybe something to have a snack, this time?
